Delivery Times

We offer a number of delivery services, DPD, DHL Express, Post and by forwarder for very bulky goods. The packages are picked up daily between 2 and 4pm. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays in Germany.
Depending on the workload of our dispatch department, orders with payments received before midday will be packed and sent on the same day, otherwise if the payment is received after midday it will be delayed until next working day.
The parcel delivery time within the EU is usually 1-3 business days, shipping bulky good items can take up to 7 business days.
For deliveries to other countries in Europe (outside of the EU) the shipping time is 3-7 business days, in some cases it can take longer due to the customs clearance procedure.
Deliveries in countries outside of Europe will need about 2-4 weeks by Post or 2-4 days with DHL Express.

Information on the availability of items

In the meantime we have 1.000 sqm of storage space (500 sqm high-rack facility), we constantly stock more than 50.000 products for Alfa Romeo and Fiat models. We have the largest immediate delivery range worldwide of tuning, accessory and fanparts for Alfa Romeo, Abarth and Fiat.

The information "at call - stock item" indicates that this is an article that is constantly stocked by us and usually can be shipped immediately. Unfortunately, it happens occasionally that a stock item is not available (reserved or out of stock), this has one of the following reasons:

  • We reserve items with no obligation for our customers. It may happen that an item is still several times in stock, but due to the existing reservations it cannot immediately be delivered.

  • We place products as simply and as clearly as possible in the shop so that our customers can quickly find their way. For this reason, we often have an article with different engine types, sizes or colours. It may happen that a product in size Large is just out of stock, but is available in size Medium.

  • Some manufacturers have delivery times of up to 3 months (in some cases up to 6 months ). Delivery delays can also occur when orders placed by our customers are delayed due to the fact that the items ordered have a limited stock, thus putting a spanner in the works of our warehouse planning.

We have an immediate delivery quota of well over 95% on all of our stock items.
The exact delivery time can of course be confirmed before placing an order by either phone or mail.
